    That's probably what the sticker or info on the product said that the OP saw. The OP stated in her post that there was a $2 s/h fee, which is the norm for most companies now a days (gone are the days of truly free promos). Not to mention it is a good deal for a reusable bottle--though what does it mean by digital water bottle? Does it talk to you and remind you to drink from it

    No form just has a pin under the label and says you enter them online. I tried the site again today and still nothing about it.
