If you're in Calgary, Victoria or Vancouver, spud.ca provides delivery of local, organic produce, baked goods and other organic groceries. They've got decent prices on some things and the produce is great, not to mention that they have no minimum order value, however a minumum spend of $35 is required for free shipping. For those who are interested, I have a referral code that will get you a total of $25 bucks off your first 4 orders (something like, $5,$5,$5 and $10) and if you sign up for direct withdrawl they'll take another $5 off your order. PM me and I can send it along.

I was in Superstore yesterday (kamloops bc) and the lady restocking the shelves gave me a copy of the Viva magazine....i reallywas not that interested but she said it has tons of oupons in it....yup, vitamins, gluten free bars, almond milk, soy milk...lots of them!! The mags are free and worthwhile looking for if you use these products.

I have no problems finding GF items......but i must admit i rarely buy baked good products. i usually bake with almond flour and almond butter....and quinoa too--makes a great chocolate cake!!

the mckenzie towne sobeys in calgary is renovating, and in a few weeks time will have a very large gluten free section, much larger than any grocery store (save for planet organic and community foods) in the city!

I got stocked up on a bunch of stuff at the Bulk Barn sale that's just ending. My big steal was that they had natural almonds (raw) on for $0.99/100g and then with the $3 WUS $10 coupons I filled my freezer with natural almonds $7 at a time (there are lots of Bulk Barn locations around, so I just popped in whenever I was near one). I use them to make homemade almond milk and then use what's leftover as almond meal in cookies, cakes, or just anything that needs almonds.

I'm hoping to find more dairy-free and gluten-free deals and will look forward to seeing what others post here!

I just checked out the site. They have really good prices. The only thing is the shipping. It is more expensive to ship the product then what they were actually worth. Kinda too bad because this could have been an excellent place to shop for my GF stuff. Thank you anyway.
