I did too. I filled out the form and used my Hotmail e-mail and when I hit send it opened into my regular e-mail with my info. I don't use my regular e-mail for samples etc.,so I'm gonna pass on this. Thanks for the post. It looks like a great kit for all those who will request it.

Never came, this one's been around for years... I filled it out over 4 yrs ago with my 1st child and a couple time since and nothing!

I just received a phone call from a guy named Fabian, he says he is delivering these child safety kits, i remember ordering one but not sure what site it was on. anyways he said he will be by tomorrow to go through everything with the child safety kit.. anyone else receive a call like this?

i would say, thanks but no thanks. sounds like either its not on the up and up or they will try to sell you something in order to get the freebie.
