Well guys, it's been almost a year since I joined SC. I started trying to get free stuff around April 2010 (I love freebies and I love mail!) and stumbled across SC.

I've always been frugal, but was unfortunately completely ignorant to the world of coupons. In one year of being registered on this site, and about a year and a half of couponing, this is what I have accomplished.

A disclaimer, though: This is a stockpile, a large-ish one. Not EC-style "I have insurance" big, but large-ish. I would like to make VERY clear that I have NEVER cleared a shelf. NEVER. I also pre-order many things, or have collected over many months. Items such as Nexxus shampoo have been purchased in small amounts (2) each time I went shopping. I will never take all of everything and inconvenience another person! I also never do massive all-in-one-fell-swoop hauls unless they're pre-order (and I've only done that twice!), buying 20 or 30 each of a couple items at one time is not my style at all. A few at a time is how I like to do things Stocking up over time so everybody can get some!

I also don't do this as a high or as a "how much can I get" or "how much can I save" thing. I do what I need to to get things for my family, friends and the gift baskets I'll be making for them all for the holidays and their birthdays, as well as for donations.

I am all about ethical couponing and courtesy, so the skeptics can rest assured that this is all little shops coming together making a very big one, not a bunch of big ones that cause grief to other shoppers!

SO to sum that all up, if you don't like big stockpiles, you might not want to look.

For the rest of you, here's a link to my first stockpile photo, from last December: Isn't it little? (it included stuff from our cupboards upstairs in the bathroom that wasn't even purchased with coupons!) Other pictures between then and now are available in my album, I won't post every picture I have from today but some will be there that I won't post in this post, so have a look!

    And without further ado, today!

    Pegboard:

Two main shelves; sorry for it being dark! It's an odd angle to take pictures from.

    One of our food cupboards:

My laundry shelf! We have at least a few years' worth, with over 700 dryer sheets and 26 bottles of detergent, equaling around the same number of washes, if not more by now!

Cleaning side, and one food shelf. I couldn't get any pictures of the food shelf really, because the space between the two is so small. When I get built-ins put in, I'll be able to show everything!

My pride and joy and current addiction, dish detergent. I know I'm going a little nuts, but as I said I never clear a shelf. Most of mine never touched a shelf, they were all pre-ordered.

These are 8 deep, 2 high and 3 wide, AND I'm crazy enough that I went back for more this weekend. I have 5 more 20 packs (100 more loads!) on order, and a raincheck for 2 x 48 packs, and stacks for five more boxes on TOP of all of that. Am I crazy? Yes dears, I am, but with all the boxes I have combined + the ones I have coming and coupons, I should have a four-year supply for our family + a one year supply each for a couple of my relatives. I LOVE sharing neat products with others! That's probably around 1200 loads.

So, there ya go! If anyone has questions or comments I'd love to hear them.

Wow. I think that pretty much sums up my reaction.

Congratulations on achieving so much in such a short period of time! An inspiration, to be sure.

I would say keep up the great work but I don't know where you'd fit another year's worth Seriously though, keep up the awesome smart-canucking!
