Since you guys have been requesting an easy way to navigate the forum pages Kryptonit3 and I added a green bar at the bottom of the pages that give you quick access to major forum sections.
If you're using an iPad it should come in very handy too I think.

can we turn it off? or put it at the bottom of the page? Because for me it is coming out about 1/4 of the way up the page so makes it hard to read the page as I scroll up and down.
As it is on my screen it is a thumbs down.

Yes we'll add option to turn it off... but what you you mean by it coming 1/4 the way up the page? Can you please take screenshot if you don't mind so we can fix it.

Another bar... I wanna turn it off too (it is useful but I do use my netbook a fair bit while on the go and you can see so little of the actual forum now)

Don't like it at all. If it must be there, please have an option where we can get rid of it.

I'm like some many of us, I don't like the new green bar at the bottom of the screen.
We don't need 3 or 4 times of similar menu on 3 or 4 differents tool bar.
This reduce the screen, add no more new info or real utilities and dilute the real information for what I'm coming to read or share on that forum.Liberty of one finish where liberty of the other one start

Well since it seems like no one likes the green bar I guess we should get rid of it and reintroduce the forum bar to the header?

This is how the green bar appears in IE8. As you scroll down the screen, the green bar remains fixed so you can never see the entire bottom of the screen. It's also annoying in the PM screens since it blocks the submit, preview, etc. buttons.
