Good seeing you post! Sorry to hear of your ongoing problems.Have you ever tried a tablespoon of Certo/day for arthritis? You can take it straight or mix it in something. I've tried it but unfortunately not on an ongoing basis! DW told me about it.

( we have always done that together ) He is anxious to get all the hanging baskets, pots and window boxes filled with the annuals. he came back with quite an assortment. I agree about the USA mask-less policy. So many citizens of the ruby red States refuse to be jabbed with a covid vaccine. How can anyone know who it is safe to be mask-less around? Here we are under an extension of the Stay-At-Home order...expiring June 2nd now.

hiya there fellow night owl!! I slept so soundly, but way too early ( right after dinner ) DS made Beef Wellington for the first time. So now i suppose I'll be awake when the people on our street head out to work. Hope you are not in excessive pain atm.

Nat! I cannot believe I never knew any of that. ( German rolls vs Ukrainian ) I've always made cabbage rolls for my DH with the meat being higher in proportion to the rice because he is a meat guy. The only reason I ever decided to make cabbage rolls, pirogi and any of those traditional foods is because my MIL is ( was ) Ukrainian.
My Mom being Italian, well I never had either of those foods growing up....lol. Have an amazing afternoon!

I was curious if it was a ground meat/rice filling, but I see they are meatless...well I mean except for that bacon. So wonderful that your DH got his vaccine!! We both go for the first of 2 shots on Tues. 13th. We are under another jail lock down stay in your house order ( again! ).

My heart sank for you when I read about the holubtsi burning on the bottom. I can have a quick temper when it comes to my food dishes getting ruined through incompetence by others, so holding in your anguish must have taken a lot! I'm glad you 3 still had a lovely Easter get together though.
