Megan, today I just got the message 'success' - it's happening to other people, too.
I cleared cookies, and tried again with another email address, and got the same thing, so it must be a glitch.

It makes you enter in all your addy information and birthday so I will assume a FPC coupon will be mailed however I could only submit 5 of the 6 in my postal code

I just submitted another comment, used the same email, and this time I got a pop up to fill in my mailing address. Very badly designed form, though. I just put my entire address in the one 'street' box since there was no place to enter city and the PC box is not large enough for a Canadian PC. I guess I'll wait to see if it ever arrives.
For those who did not get a coupon, I suggest you keep posting with the same email address until you get your coupon.
