Just a question to people that shop at metro, has anyone received the 100 airmiles bonus when they spend the amount stated and then used coupons to lower that amount? EXAMPLE bill is $120 - $75 coupons. total goes down to $45.

I have but you have to sometimes wait for months and then call them up to credit it. You do get it.....just hang on to your receipt just in case it doesn't show up right away.

Koolaid is definately right.
Make sure you stay on top of airmiles for all of your bonus points. They still owe me 500+ airmiles for shops that I have done, but because it hasn't been 120 days they won't even speak to me about it yet.
Always keep your receipts and document on your receipt the airmiles promotion that you participated in, this way you don't forget. 4 months is a long time.

I use the contact form in the Air Miles account. Got 200 right away and the remainder a week later.

I wrote that "if you are a national company, you should be able to reward the bonus miles much sooner. Even if it is Metro, another large company, it should be easily done."
