You know the clutter you see at Winners; well that is what Target looked like! Nothing in my size, everything out of stock and over priced. And when I say over-priced, I don't mean in comparison to the American Target; I mean in comparison to other Canadian retailers that have been here for a while. I would rather shop at Walmart. It was a HORRIBLE experience. Their "cut-backs" were still more expensive than Walmart :/

I personally don't think they have a reason to be out of stock of anything! They had months to prepare for this pilot opening. They just opened; how could the shelves be empty? And no ELF makeup! I was actually looking forward to that. Sigh -_- I knew the prices were not going to be like the American prices but stuff was just plain expensive.

So the combination of over-pricing and limited stock caused me to walk out empty handed. They did have a Starbucks in there which is nice I suppose.
