I'll pass too - under info its gives some odd email address(well i think its odd!-sunsilkgangofgirls) - In Canada sunsilk is part of the unilever group so i'd expect it to be that address. Plus it says founded Feb 2011...

i looked up it up and the offer is legit. however, it's originating from the india sunsilk page so it may not come. strangely, the global site didn't have a page for canada

also the last 3 conditions of the offer has clauses that suggest it's not an offer for canada:

1. Hindustan Unilever reserves the right to modify / alter the terms and conditions of the offer.
2. Hindustan Unilever Limited reserves the right to withdraw this activity at its discretion.
3. Disputes if any shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
