Her other kids by two other husband are named Mia and Joe.

Kate is married to Ned Rocknroll - who changed his name from Abel Smith, he's Richard Branson's nephew.
The baby, though, will be Bear Winslett - would Bear Rocknroll have been too much?

Alicia also used that name two years ago, for her son Bear Blu.

Don't think BB is a surefire nickname either.
