We are looking for healthy men, ages 35-45, to participate in a research project in neurology. This study involves magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and positron emission tomography (PET).

• Eligibility: 35 to 45 years old, male, right-handed, no history of
neurological or psychiatric medical conditions, or history of heart
disease.

• The study consists of three sessions:
(1) Screening session involving clinical history taking and neurological
examination (1 hour). Enrolled subjects will proceed to next sessions.
(2) MRI scan (1 hour).
(3) 2 PET scanning sessions (6 hours total)

• Participants will receive compensation for their time.
