I have been using the micro fiber clothes for my son- because of their fiber- they are naturally anti-bacterial. Because of their texture- they clean up EVERYTHING! And they are a cinch to clean in the hottest sudsy water in the machine. To keep them wet- I use my wipe warmer ( Toys R Us sells them) which is also anti-bacterial. My son appreciates the warm wipe in the middle of the night change. And all I am using on his sensitive toosh is water! Not a diaper rash yet.
