i recommend bare minerals mineral makeup foundation. You swirl it on like a powder and can make it light or darker depending on how much you apply for coverage, feels light and it has spf! A little sweep of blush and light eyes is all I need.

I usually used to wear makeup in summer using a powder based foundation with primer thats nice and absorbent. I use sephora primer...I had smashbox at $45+ish and its nice really... silky .smooth.etc but I find I feel greasy with it. And I blot my face during the day if I go past 4+ hours outdoors because sun makes things slip..

Urban Decay and a few other companies make a make setting spray. You spray it on after your primer and again after your foundation and it makes it last a lot longer and won't sweat off.
I've only tried the UD one and it works really well, not sure about the ones other companies make.
