They are the type of coupons, so it gives you an idea where you might be able to get them. (Tearpad=in store coupons that are put out once a month or so. Mail out=coupons mailed directly from manufacturers. Insert=coupons that come in the newspaper) there are sticky threads in the coupon forum that will help you out as well
