    In the update profile section, I type in the code 4141. Clicked submit and it took me back to the update profile page. No confirmation with regards to the points.

    It just doesn't work for me Oh well. I tried it again at work and at home. I don't know what's going on. I even tried it on my iPad. I'm givng up. I'm not calling the office, too much of a hassle. I haven't updated my profile in more than a year and I was trying to change my address and phone number.
