Pasta machine

Anyone have a pasta machine? Do you use it for other things like making tortillas? I am looking for an inexpensive manual pasta machine and would like ideas about how well a pasta machine works.

We had one but 10 years ago never used it.

DH's mom bought it new and never used it so she gave it to us. DH liked it because it was stainless steel and we were going for the restaurant style look in a our kitchen, but HE never used it either. I loathed it because it just collected dust so one day about 3 years after we inherited it, (and when no one was looking), I got rid of it. DH didn't notice for a couple years til one day he said, "hey.....let's make fresh pasta!" and then I had to own up.

He STILL likes to razz me about that by saying stuff like, "oh hey...we should have fresh pasta for supper. Oh. Wait. We can't do THAT because mommy threw out the pasta maker."

Sorry, that's not the advice you were looking for but I saw the title and made me chuckle to remember this story so I thought I would share.
