People/realtor coming to ask home owners in my neighborhood if we want to sell house

I wonder about that too. A few times a year we always get what looks like a hand-written note but is clearly photocopied and is an agent advertised name on the note and they say they want to buy but we never considered calling but we talked to several neighbours and they never received such notes.

So Appreciate all the advice everyone is mentioning because now that we are thinking of selling everything and just having one place -wise advice to listen to. Thank you win-star for sharing this experience.
