Bedding, 100% flax or similar alternatives to cotton.

Im looking to buy bedding that are not in cotton. My first choice would be 100% flax (linen) or ramie. But these are hard to find here. Input on where i might find those & what should i expect to pay would be appreciated. I would also like to get opinions on other materials like bamboo microfiber etc.

My goal is mostly to get cool sheets since my bed is too hot in the summer and even in spring & autumn im sweating a little bit. Comfort and ease of care is everything look & design not really important.

Im in montreal but willing to buy online.

Just curious-would your mattress happen to contain memory foam or any other kind of foam? Some Smart Canucks members have commented that they find the foam makes them feel hot in bed.

Yes I do have a Viscose (memory foam mattress) and they are hot. However I still strongly recommend them unless you live under warm humid climate with no AC. I do sleep very well but I sometimes work night shift and need to sleep in the day so cooler sheet would be nice. The lavato sheet are more a luxury item and outside of my prices range I didnt see any linen sheet at BB&B. On amazon ive spotted this

I would like to see them in store before buying. From what ive heard Canada is the top producer of flax but we do the oil variety not the fiber one. Thanks anyway I was just hoping someone knew a good deal about those.
