Thread: Cheapest place to get a passport photo in Ontario?

    Just wondering where is the cheapest place to get a passport photo in Ontario? I know RCSS charges $11.99 plus tax. I have heard Costco is pretty cheap but do you have to have a membership to use their photo service ? Thanks !

    Yes. You need a membership. But, if you have a friend, you go as their guest. You get your picture taken. Your friend explains to the photo guy/gal that they are paying and you are their guest. Customer service explained to me that it as o.k. to do it like this.
