I agree with other posters. Potatoes we don't have a problem with going through but onions are a different story. I still buy the 10LB bag of onions and either split it with someone else or don't feel bad if half or less of the bag gets tossed because its cheaper then buying onions individually or in smaller pound bags. It does suck to waste food but it also sucks to waste money.
Its too bad I don't have proper storage options for both items.Insert Clever Signature Here

One of my deals at RCSS was 200 pts for every $1 spent on apples. They had a bag on sale for $3.98 and I thought if I got one more apple it would be worth it. It wasn't. The one apple cost me .79¢. I had quickly weighed it and thought it would be under .50¢ but I wasn't going to cs for just that. Also, everything is posted in lbs and sold in kgs at checkout. I hate that.
