lucky mine wouldnt scan (printer is a little ont he fritz) but my mom printed hers at work and it scanned fine they tried calling me out on using the coupon multiple times (which i have not) so she did not want to give it to me but it made the scanning sound my moms made when hers went through. I think she hit a button that ended the transaction clicking around not knowing what to do. was such a pain in the as$

For those of you who still want to try the product and haven't used the coupon yet, there is a bit of a trick to getting the coupon to work correctly. When you go to print the coupon out or take a screen shot of the coupon make sure you don't print/screen shot the coupon that the email links you to if you click 'To view this email in a web browser'. For whatever reason when you click on this link the coupon no longer works (the coupon will now have 'dear Guest' and no email address instead of the 'dear...your name' and email address. Also the QR code has been truncated and does not work. If you print out the coupon that has your name and the full QR code you should be alright. Tim Horton's does know about this issue because I spent a while on the phone with them explaining the issue (I just don't think they have fixed the problem). I hope this helps some of you who haven't been able to use the coupon and have been accused of using the coupon multiple times. Good luck!

Used mine , cashier said they didn`t have a scanner and asked for which drink it was good for? (I wasn`t aware there was various coupons?)

So I don`t know if that means mine is still valid since it didn`t get scanned (Don`t hate.) I did like the drink, and the caffeine shakes that came with it.

After weeks of trying to get this coupon yesterday I saw a banner ad and clicked on it, got my free drink coupon emailed to me. Hope it taste good.

Finally got a chance to try the latte...I am glad I didn't have to pay for it.

I ask for a decaf dark chocolate latte, thinking they can just pour decaf coffee instead of regular into the latte but it can't be done. Cashier explained to me that Tim Horton uses powder coffee latte mix instead of real coffee + latte. No wonder it taste like hot chocolate.
