I almost forgot to ask my annual question, what was your favourite freebie this year? (completely free, no purchase required)
I must say this was a meager year for freebies. Remember how plentiful 2012 was? There were freebies galore on Facebook. That includes FPCs as well. It seemed every smart company knew that was the way to get people talking about them, offer a freebie of a new product.
This year, the pickings were slim, frankly. I had two full 5x7 size envelopes of FPCs in 2012 and 2013, but this year I had just 6.
So it was easy to choose, my favourite freebie would have to be the Victoria's Secret panties, twice, due to the high value and practical, not just one time use. This thread is currently associated with: N/A^Easy free stuff yo^!

My favorite freebies were a 50$ gift card to the keg and a 25$ gift card to the keg. (There is a points program at dh work where they give free points randomly and you can trade them in for free stuff. So we got both gift cards the same way which is why they are included together in this post.)

Smart source, Brand saver... Perfume samples , I think it was Gucci had a decent size for it.
Uhh honestly I don`t remember a lot, I can`t tell you what I did a week ago lol
Oh and random free OLG lotto tickets, NHL, Poker and Wheel of fortune

I agree with the above statement~ this past year was slim pickins in the freebie department! I tried to keep track this year of what I ordered/sent away for and which ones actually showed up in my mailbox. Lots never arrived ( though the thought that the postal depot/carrier keeps them is always in the back of my mind), and some showed up that I had no recollection of ordering!
All that being said, however, I think the best freebie was the Bulgari Omnia perfume sample~ a small spritzer size bottle ( just loved this one); and a pair of child's scissors from an Educational site.
Most unique/unusual sample was a water colour crayon from Winsor Newton art supply company~ it came in the cutest little box!
I'm going to keep track again this year, and aim for requesting more samples. I use the majority of them at some point!
Love reading what everyone else gets too~ some fun stuff out there!

I really need to begin keeping track of the freebies I get, and those I earn. Christmas 2014 was paid for entirely using points from surveys and credit cards.....heck even my relatives all said "You went overboard this year with gifts." I didn't let on that everything they received cost me nothing

I agree with the above statements. This year was slim pickings for freebies.
I did get the P&G box although they usually come out more times than once a year.
I did get the Sample Source box. Not as much as many others got in theirs but still I was very happy with mine.
My favorite though would have to be the Flair box I got. Lots of different items, both samples and full sizes.
And last but not least - my coupons. I love all my coupons.

My vote goes to all the Free Magazine Subscription I got this year following Mia's instructions in her post. I am now subscribed to dozens of mainstream mags and even sent gift subscriptions to my brothers.

My fave freebies for 2014 were all the P&G samples, sample source samples and free magazine subscriptions.

Have to agree with Candini about the free OLG lottery tickets-the prospect of winning money definitely appealed in 2014!

There were a few good ones for myself personally last year. One of my favorites was 2 three day passes to a huge music festival that I got for my close proximity to the "party campground". I turned around and sold them for $300 each!
Another great one was the L'Occitaine 3pk of hand lotions that was a Facebook freebie. They were valued at $18 each and both my daughter and I were able to get oneRemember, a kick in the bum is still a step forward
I've started a blog to stop talking to myself Join me on my journey....http://stretchingmypennies.blogspot.ca/
