Great customer service at Nestle . . (Lean Cuisine)

Had to brag about the excellent customer service I received at Nestle today.
A pin I had from my Lean Cuisine kept coming up "invalid pin" no matter
what variation I tried. At noon today I sent them a pic of the pin in
question and asked them to tell me what the really read. Less than 2 hours
later, I received an email saying they had credited my account with 250 points

yes I phoned them not long ago and got a terrific lady to talk to. She gave me a pin super quick. Love it!

Agree I have had nothing but great service with them on a number of issues as well(missing awards, locked account).

I think they just revamped their program. They added quite a few rewards. My favorite right now is enter 4 pins @ 250 points each and with the 1000 points you can order a fpc for a stouffers product.

I also liked their CS a lot, when letters in my 3codes were not readable, I send them the Upc and codes and they added points and apologized me.
