I also bought Sonia Kashuk makeup - but when I opened my lip liner, it was all white and I tossed it in the garbage. Check to make sure your stuff is fresh.

As long as the lip pencil was sealed you could have sharpened it with a makeup pencil sharpener (or any pencil sharpener for that matter) to get rid of that white film and it would fine to use.
