I know of Burlington's site doing the paper/flyers thing. Oakville's community paper in branches have flyers. Not sure if Mississauga does the same with it's libraries (been awhile since I was in Central branch of MPL). Mississauga Tourism office seems to be in the industrial area north of Square One? Maybe try City Hall if there's a lobby or the library entrance where free literature/papers might be?

kwala-you can do it the p.c program is great -I am doing it bit by bit see as per my post-I cant go and buy 20 pizza when they were on for 5,000 points there is only 2 of us with a tiny freezer-just do what you can -see I got 1,550 points from buying a few things yesterday

A lot of liquids are good. Electrolytes have the salts your body loses when you are throwing. Gatorade or Powerade would be good and if nothing else at home and can't shop yet, may be put some salt and sugar in the water and may be lemond to make the taste better and sip it slowly but the main thing is not to get dehydrated so your hot water with lemon is good as well.
