electrolytes?? I am now just sipping my hot water with lemon wedge which I have every morning. What would have electrolytes in it?

aw thanks for Rufus comment. Guess what I got??? ugh! food poisoning!! Cannot believe it. I have not had any fake sushi rolls in sooo long, and I ate a small tray at the mall last night around 5:00 p.m.....woke up at 4:30 this a.m. heaving and " you know what " out of the other end. ( sick man!) I used to think people who complained about this were exaggerating, but they are not...the cramps are awful.

hi! yeah the avatar is my shih tzu Rufus, but he is around 9 1/2 years old now, that pic was from when he was just a wee guy ( about 2 years old ) I always thought he looked like he was laughing in that picture.

hee hee many of us wisened up fast to that. I am really NOT that much of a clean freak, so my stockpile of cleaners may be willed to my kids! lol

that is the reason I do not use many coupons, I price match for the cheapest produce first, everything else is secondary.

oh! I know that No Frills. I've never been there to coupon, though. If it's not too far, I recommend going to the South Common No Frills. They have a small basket filled with Olay Soap where the large bins are in the hygiene area is. It's off to the side. And There are some great cashiers there, I know alot of them! (: Let me know if you end up going!

I usually write down what store I am trying to PM and what price and try to have the flyer open by the time I get to the cash but what takes time is sorting the coupons etc. Would love to have them organized properly and would love to track. My email is [email protected]

time gets shorter once you get used to it. I'd start with sorting coupons by category. Some people do it with binders, I do it with envelopes in a shoebox. I put categories like "Carbs" which includes potatoes, pasta, rice. Or one labelled "fruits and veg," "meats," "dairy," "beauty products" etc. "Free stuff" for FPC. You get what I mean. That way you can find them faster.

Sort the coupons the day before you go out, then your husband won't be waiting and complaining (sometimes I do it in the car on the way to the store). I circle what I want. On the shopping list I write the name of the store at the top, then all the items I circled from that flyer. Then the name of the next store, etc. At the cash, I know which product to PM with which flyer and can group them all together on the conveyor belt.

In excel I write down the amount of the coupon, and rough estimate of price matching savings in a separate column. I can send you my excel doc if you want to see. Send me your email in a PM

Hi: That is a good advice. How do you track it though. Do you just write down the amount off the coupon only or the price matching stuff as well? I am just learning and it takes me a bit longer to do our shopping now because I want to make a list at home of what items are on sale and if I have coupons for them and what to price match. I will end up spending 20 minutes before I go shopping to do all this and my husband complains about it. Does the time spend on preparing the list eventually gets shorter or stays the same or is there better way of organizing all this?

When I first started couponing, my DH was also very unsupportive. He would complain that it was too much trouble to coupon, PM, etc. I started tracking all the coupons used and at the end of the year showed him how much money we saved. We saved so much we bought a cruise with the money. He doesn't complain anymore, and will help me now too.

All you have to do is open an Excel file, and write the name of the store in the rows, and then the amount of coupons used in the column. The program does all the adding for you
