Talk about crappy customer service. I bought a Winnipeg Jets jersey for my dog through the shopping channel website. Used a $50 promo code to get it and a collar for free - just had to pay the shipping costs.
Yesterday I get the collar and jersey, and the jersey (size medium) is way too small for my dog, so I call today to do an exchange for a x-large. The customer service rep tells me that because it was shipped from a vendor that I cannot do a straight exchange - I have to return the item first and do a repurchase but at full price because the promo code was a 1 time use thing.
After arguing with the agent, he offered to contact the vendor to see if they could setup an exchange for me. They will apparently call back in 2-3 days. For some reason, I get the feeling that I will be calling back on my own to discuss this again. Terrible customer service.This thread is currently associated with: The Shopping Channel
