Thread: Checkout 51 and scanning barcode

It has happened several times that the product is good, but after scanning the barcode it says it is not valid. After sending an email it is accepted. Also the scanning does not always work, wonder if there is trick to make it work better. Just getting tired if sending the requests

sometimes u just need to re scan it a few times.. it works ..

I find the scanning process frustrating, so I avoid it completely. This only works if you don't mind submitting via the computer.
Step 1
On smart device, mark the desired offers as FAVOURITES, including those that only appear on the smart device.
Step 2
On computer, upload receipt. All your FAVOURITES, including those that require bar code verification, will appear at the top of the list. Select the offer(s), and submit. It completely bypasses the bar code step.
I use the computer for most of my receipt submissions, cause the receipt is clearer from a scan, longer receipts easier to process and bypasses the bar code scanning step.
