So I click on this story at CTV because I've flown Jazz and that would be a bit startling.

Anyway, the plane was fine, an accident happened and a double reinforced window was cracked. I'm sure it was scary. But then I read this and burst out laughing:

David Smith tweeted a photo of the damaged window on Tuesday and said that his five-year-old daughter was sitting beside him at the time of the incident. He also complained that Air Canada “hasn’t even contacted us to see how we are doing.”
Really? Well how you're doing Mr Smith is perfectly fine. Not injured in any way - that's why you weren't called. But you want some stranger from Air Canada's call center to call you and give you a hug over the phone? That'll make you feel better after this apparently horrific trauma you suffered? Oh dear Lord what has happened to people today.

Maybe if Mr Smith asks nicely Air Canada will send him a free fainting couch.
