    On Twitter, I read that in Iceland, people give books on December 24. I'm a reader so that custom very much appeals to me.

    Also on Twitter, author & retired money writer Gail Vaz-Oxlade tweeted that her book tour is the last chance to get hugs from her. She referred to the Brampton book store event but here are the four dates from the Indigo Chapters website:

    The new book is co-authored with Victoria Ryce and Gail will be signing books in-store.

    Wed. Jan 11, 12pm Indigo Spirit at First Canadian Place, Toronto
    Thurs. Jan. 12, 7pm Chapters Brampton
    Fri. Jan. 13, 7pm Chapters Barrie
    Sat. Jan. 14, 2pm Chapters Guelph

    Indigo Chapters sent an e-mail yesterday listing their January author events and promoted next week's FCP location as having Gail and Victoria during the lunch hour for their book signing.
