Cosmetic returns

Just wanted to pass on something about Shoppers Drug Mart and cosmetics. If you purchase a cosmetic item, please keep the receipt. If for whatever reason you are not happy with it - you are not stuck with it! Just bring it back to the store and they will exchange it or give you a refund. I returned an Elizabeth Arden lip pencil that I wasn't thrilled with and no questions asked, got my money back. Same thing at department stores......they don't advertise this as they would lose money....but they want you to come back as a customer. You do need a good reason to return something - ie. wrong colour.

Avon products too are guaranteed.

Yes I've returned a couple things but rarely lol. I have more cosmetics in my collection from redemptions lol
