Want to buy me a coffee? You can! But, you don't have to! In fact, I encourage you not to. ('Cuz postage is ridiculous). But, if you insist on it...well, you can drop a buck, or two, here: paypal.me/cyn88canada I emphasize, you do NOT have to -- a coffee icon tossed my way is gold. + =

Yes, the Toonies for Tummies campaign is on from Feb.9-23 at Metro, Food Basics and some other grocers-this year, Save-On Foods is part of the effort (Western expansion of program). http://www.groceryfoundation.com/tooniesfortummies

Food Basics has a good price on cauliflower-time for roasted veggies with apricots! Aurora items 88cents -every two weeks of late, this special comes around. I use the chicken bouillion to make a quick "soup" (and add frozen or fresh veggies plus herbs or spices) or use the bouillion for the cream of carrot soup broth ingredient.

@Ciel , remember back in the day, we had $7.99 cauliflower
    circa 2015
    now, it's a better price

fresh apples $0.98/lb, from Washington state... was waiting for fresh apples rather than the Ontario apples harvested Fall 2016

@Shwa Girl _January 2016 remains a strong memory of cauliflower at that price. This year, $3.99 or $4.-- during winter.

    Thanks very much cy88canada!

5lb Russet Potatoes $.88, excellent price.
Omega-3 Eggs $2.44, also good. Upload to Zweet for the $.25 cashback. (So happy eggs have been good prices last 6-7 months).
