I am heading to the mailbox right now with my pkg for the Roses are red train.

Mardi Gras items are going to be hard to think of!!!

My favorite movie is Grease.

My Roses Are Red package has been mailed and the tracking number was pm'd to the conductor. I would love my reserved seat and will work on a wishlist tonight. I will pm it to you asap. My favourite movie would be a toss up between Top Gun and Dirty Dancing... Hard to choose between them.

This is just MY AVERAGE. Some people go completely bananas and others send simply what is required (both of which are great).

I usually get about 10 to 12 items---each costing $3 to $4 each...again, just an average.

This is my 6th package train and luckily I've been able to find nearly half of my buddy's wishlist items for either free or a very, very low price. Which, I think, is the point. I always have some things on my list that I've seen coupons for or sale prices at places like London Drugs or Safeway and we don't have those stores in Ottawa.

How's the nose today?

I have 2 black eyes now and I kind of look like a ferengi from Star Trek with all the swelling. My eyes are open like slits lol. On the bright side I don't have to make dinner tonight....

My package was mailed on Wednesday for the Roses are Red package train and I've PM'd the tracking number. I'll have to google mardi gras stuff too I'll get my wish list together and send it along tonight.

same plus I add random items that are very light or flat like stickers, reciepes ..if you go to the pkge train sticky you can click on links that will take you to previous trains and pictures of gifts

It does depend. Some go overboard - but it's best to do what is right for you money wise. As long as you did the best you could with the income you have available and you put some thought into your buddies package that's all that matters.

I agree with what nat and jezz said though. Most people make their list realistic and you can add in things that are lighter like stickers, a book of stamps, etc.

Monday evening is fine with me - Wishlists in no later than Tuesday afternoon and if I can get them by then I can have them out by Wednesday evening (hopefully Tuesday evening) at the latest if that sounds fair?
