Chris recently had bought some Lean Cuisine as they were on sale. When he used them, I entered the PIN codes on the Lean Cuisine website.
This week SDM has Lean Cuisine on sale and we noticed on the Lean Cuisine rewards site that you could earn double PINS before Jan 31/12. So Chris went out to SDM to stock up on them. As he was filling his cart, he noticed the Stouffers were on sale and said something about "Free Groceries" on the boxes... so he loaded up on them instead!
When he came home, he went to register on the Stouffer's site and it was then he realized that you can use LC PINS on there too, thus more PINS for groceries faster! Had he known that, he would not have registered on the LC site!!!!
On a longshot, he phoned the 800 number but they said there was nothing they could do now that the PINS were registered on LC!
So I guess he is just going to have to use the Stouffers PINS as he eats them. He got 15 boxes, so he needs only 7 more to redeem, which should not be that hard!
BTW, it is going on his coupon wish list too! *hint hint*
Personally, I think it's misleading to direct people to the LC site, where reward levels are much higher then Stouffer's but what can you do????
Is it baseball season yet?

Does he not realize you can use the pins on both sites? As in, any pins he's already entered on the one site can be entered on the other site as well. It's "double dipping" rewards.

-- and I say that so he knows in the future he can buy either the Lean Cuisine or the Stouffers--whichever he prefers. It is misleading, I agree.Last edited by Kyeste; Mon, Jan 30th, 2012 at 03:15 PM.

It's not misleading, they are two different programs.
I just found out recently that LC pins could be used on the Stouffer's site. Found out from reading some threads here on SC!

No he didn't know, hence the posting on here!

He knows now from reading the Stouffers site what he can buy and use!
Oh well, at least it was only 2 Lean Cuisine and not 20 or something like that!
He just ate his first Stouffers tonight and entered the PIN with no problem. Then he remembered you can go back to the Lean Cuisine one every day and just get 10 points for signing in, so he did that too! What the heck 300 points a month will add up eventually! Okay so only 2800 this month, cause he missed yesterday!
Is it baseball season yet?

I did this many times.
Went to SDM and bought $50 worth of LC, got 8000 points worth 16.84 on bonus redemption day.
Entered 16 pins (double points) at leancuisine.ca and redeemed for $10 SDM GC.
Entered 22 pins at stouffers.ca and redeemed for $10 Walmart GC.
