Unlimited text messages to anywhere while you're in Canada
20GB Canada-wide 5G-speed data (maximum download speed of 250Mbps), unlimited data after the 20GB has been used up at a speed of 512Kbps

For those needing more data, a $40 plan that includes 40GB of 5G data has been made available. All other details of the $40 40GB 5G plan are the same as the $34 20GB 5GB plan. Further details can be found using the Public Mobile weblink in my signature.

I'm still on the $25 1GB plan ($12 after loyalty and referral discounts). I only run out of data when I am at the beach in the summer. I wouldn't know what to do with 20GB or more.

The $25 1GB plan has been available so long that I don't think that it will be disappearing any time soon, but I can't promise that. As long as you believe that the $25 plan will still be available to change back to after a summer of higher data usage, I would consider taking a plan that includes a higher amount of data instead of purchasing data add-ons.

For anyone who prefers more data at a reasonable speed, Public Mobile is now offering a seperarte $34 plan that offers 30GB of 4G-speed (100Mbps maximum download speed) data and it's available in all regions. The 4G plan doesn't include the unlimited data.

Released today is a new $29 30-day plan. This one isn't being marketed as a Black Friday plan, so I'm hoping that this one will stick around for a bit.

The $29 plan includes 10GB of 4G-speed data (maximum download speed of 100Mbps).

I'm currently on the $30 2GB plan. I want to switch to the new $29 plan. I can see it on their website but when I log into my account it disappears. Hopefully their site is just glitching for now.
