I just picked up a "better for you" package at Walmart Superstore for $5.97. Says over a $15 value but we SCers wouldn't pay that much It's still a good deal if you use these items. It included a

    500g Quaker Oat Squares Cereal
375g box of catelli healthy harvest ww macaroni pasta
8x26g quaker chewy bars chocolate chip
6 pack nestea pink lemonade singles(like crystal light)
4 motts fruitsation 100% juice freezies
    200g box Dare Vinta crackers
    single pouch nescafe cappucino
    single pouch nescafe espresso
$0.50 coupon off nescafe latte or capuccino

I've never seen these type of packages with food only personal care supplies. We use EVERY one of these products in our house so it was a good buy for us. It my fav cereal and it doesnt seem to go on sale too often.

We used to buy those packs all the time! The Quaker Oat squares are good, but I don't think the pack will personally benefit me/my family!

if you don't use EVERYTHING in the pack ... you can donate the rest to the food bank!

... or you can donate the whole pack itself too! =)

ummm... of course, I'm not familiar with all the items listed in the pack above. Are they all food-bank-acceptable (aka non-perishable) food items?

They're just the brand motts fruitsations. They're juice freezies; Country apple, berry delight, summer strawberry x2. Although I bet my kids would like applesauce freezies. I've been making my oldest fruit puree freezies since she was nine months

These sound great - haven't seen packs like that around for years!
Yes, all those items are donate-able, for those who wish to do so.

President's choice makes a product called Mini Chefs Smooshies, they're like yogurt tubes but with apple sauce that you can serve warm, cold or frozen, my kids love them...

Stopped and got a package today, well worth it!....thanx!

These are really nice packs! I bought one for me and one for the food bank. They also have a new parent pack full of baby stuff for $6.97. I'm not sure what all is in it though.
