Walmart Flyers "Wednesday" Start Date ????

I hope this isn't a repost and I did post quick note in Couponlady's Sense & Spray post but thought this might deserve its own thread !!

After hearing mixed days on when the Walmart flyer started ...Thursday or Friday.. I decided to call them... and was told

" because some people get their flyers on Wednesday, we start the sales on wednesday "

So off I rush to Walmart to get my sense & spray holders before they are gone by Friday and sure enough sales are all started !!

It shutters me to think of all of the deals that I've missed out on, as most of you probably have as well, by waiting for Friday for the flyer to start only to get there and the items you want are already gone... WELL now I know why !!!!!

So if any of you are looking for any of the flyer items don't wait till Friday...RUN now !!!!! hehe

I should actually say in small print on the bottom of the front page what the start and end dates are. Mine does anyways, and here its always on Fridays.

Ours does as well and that's what the lady said on the phone but because they are delivered early and some people get them on Wednesday .. they start the sales on wednesday..weird I know but its true. I probably wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't have called and the gone there myself and seen the flyer prices out already but I did and they were so I was happy

I have addressed this before. Someone had posted a flyer and I had mentioned that all of the stuff in the flyer were already on sale at my store. I guess this may be the reason LOL

I checked the Walmart here today and the Sense'n Spray was still $9.99. The sale has not started here yet.

I just came back from Walmart Montreal, they already have the Sense & Spray holder selling at $10 for 2 and not much left. Wonder if everybody used the $5 coupon LOL.

I was just there in hopes that the sale had started and it has not at mine....hopefully there will still be some left when I get there next week....

I think they change the price as the refill stock and merchandise the upcoming sale items. Ive noticed that some items start early and some start on friday. I guess it just depends on the store.
