Physicians Formula Makeup - Sale, Coupon & Rebate

At my local Rexall, the Physician's Formula makeup is on sale this week 25% off (last week it was 40% off at Zellers, which I missed). I wanted to use my Smart Source or Shop n Save $3 off Physician's Formula makeup, and near the makeup display were some small $5 off rebate forms. I ended up getting makeup that was usually 11.99 for 8.99 minus the 3 off coupon for a total of 5.99. With the $5 mail in rebate form, that 11.99 make up went to .99 plus tax.

The rebate forms are valid on purchases made between now and mid 2010, one per household. This is different from the $6 rebate form posted on this site April 9th. It says you must include the original rebate form, no copies, and have not found one online.

Nice. I got the shimmer strips last week at zellers for 40% off.
I wish I had this smart source coupon, I didn't get it.
Maybe I'll head over to pharma plus and look for these coupons in case I buy some in the next while. Thanks.

Eeeep, I have this coupon! SDM had 20% off (I think) this week, but the cheapest was some lip gloss for $9.99. Didn't see any rebate forms?

I looked at Pharma Plus/SDM/Zellers/Walmart and did not see this rebate form. I did see some of the newer products, this being the bronzing ones that had a rebate thing inside the package, but I wasn't interested in those.

PF is 40% off at SDM this week.

Bought a PF mineral powder foundation + bonus liquid foundation today from SDM. Original Price $20.99, got it for $12.59. Pretty good considering the PF mineral foundation alone is ~$20.

Saw the $5 rebate coupons, but they only apply to bronzers.

If you look on the PF website, the rebate only applies to some products, including the bronzers. It's too bad cause their products are quite expensive. I got $3 off coupons from a trade today and went to SDM (40% off sale) and got some eye and blush products from them during the sale. I only buy this brand when it's on sale, cause with the prices they charge, I can get high-end stuff.

If I could only find some coupons on my own.

Also went in to SDM to pick up their eyeliner - the 40% off is def worth waiting for - but they only have black now. IF anyone sees it in the GTA in the BROWN, pls let me know! THX!!

I also got hassled about using the $3 coupon; cashier says since it's on sale I can't use the coupon. WHAT?? Needless to say, I did convince her that this was ridiculous...LOL.

where'd you get the rebate from?
On their site,they only indicate certain products.
