Just email them and tell them you're a fan and would like to request for a fan pack if one's available. Just include your name and address in the email. Most packs include a schedule, team picture, buttons, some have pencils and stickers, cards etc..

thanks ...i had alot off those baseball team fan pack come ...never did get toronto blue jays ...plus i did the hockey team fan pack and never got toronto maple leafs neither ..oh well !! thats my son's best teams ...

I got(oops hubby got) 2 player cards, bumper sticker and a nice note as they weren't sending out packs at that time.
Still better than nothing and he didn't know they were coming.
