How do you get things sent to you from TNS? I always get their surveys and fill them out - but they've never sent me anything??

I have no lcue how I get them just fill out a survey and then they ask if I would be interested in trying product i say yes..sometimes I get it, sometimes not..this is about the 5th or 6th time I have gotten something though that i can think of
