oh roseofblack I just read that you experienced the sudden loss of your Dad, my heart is so broken for you. I think you are around my DS age so I certainly do understand how you are suffering, you are way too young to have him taken so early. My deepest sympathies.

do you know how many years I delivered mail and did not know they got trashed?? That was never part of my job function ( clerks job ) so I never saw what happened to them once I threw them marked RTS in a tray. I always thought they went back too! lol

The responsibility CP has to any mail is it gets returned to sender IF the correct amount of postage is paid.
A regular stamp on a letter gets you that RTS service, but these charities get " rock bottom " mailing costs, and the cost does NOT include the RTS service. CP is not doing anything wrong, the charities know full well they will not get these things back if they are addressed wrong or RTS. The frustration I have is the charities never get an updated list if they never know, but apparently they do not want to pay enough postage to find out.

I am so frusterated with some of these abusive people on my thread. I posted all the information on Sally's but she is not responding.I had to repost a thread as I was being super bullied and they expired my post. If I DON'T defend myself, I look guilty of all the accusations they are slinging at me. People on this site should not be allowed to publicly project bad motive on a person where there is none.Not be allowed to bully and be abusive Not be allowed to gang up and expire someones thread when it is not expired just becuase they assume bad motive by prejudging rather than gathering their facts.I do not beleive this was out of sincere motive. A sincere person would be pm'd me privately and kindly express concern giving me my dignity. But they did not. I reposted. I am tired of being judged and it assumed its MY responsibility to explain every single manusha and scenario of why i chose each word and why I posted it and the back ground behind it. Thats impossible.
