Yes, it is the regular price. Actually they have 2 seperate sections in the flyer this time, one has sale items and the other one just compares Walmart prices with another store. I din't add any deals from that section(except the last 5 listed in the above deals post). It's kind of sad that the 'rolled back prices' are back to its 'everyday low price'
