Bought a Vanilla Master card for $50 =5, 0000 bonus points
Used it instore right away- no activation fee!
The cashier rang in $50 using the Mastercard and then rang in the tax separate!

Darn, I wish I had known this last week. I could have bought the MC Vanilla card and then made all my purchases !! Grrr... but glad I found this site. I am an avid ebayer too!! And now I get money back for all those ebay purchases I make.
