This Brag Smells A Little Fishy

While hunting for deals a WM I came across sardines on sale.They are usually priced at around $1.29 and I am happy to pay around $1 so when I saw this deal I had to stock up.My 2 year old DD LOVES them and runs to her Dad with the can begging for more!! I think they are so smelly and stinky I might even consider using some of the smelly candles I got for my donation baskets to mask the stink....or maybe not because they give me a headache but I do have the Motrin for that!!!Here are my deals:

18x $0.75 Brunswick Sardines No Coupons
9x $1.87 Glade Plug-ins - 3x$2 coupons & 6x$1.87 coupons = FREE!!
3x $3.87 Glade Tins - 3x FPC = FREE!!
2x $0.75 Kraft Handi-snacks - 1x $0.35 coupon = $0.58 each
2x $4.27 Motrin Tabs - 2x $4.27coupons =FREE!!
1x $3.93 Motrin Gels - 1x $4.27 coupon = FREE!!
I went to 2 different WM for the plug-ins.One cashier took off the full $2 and the other just took off the $1.87.The Second cashier was the same one to just take off the price of the Motrin but she must of thought they were all the same price because she took off $4.27 for a idem that cost $3.93!! Thanks for all the great post and trades over the long weekend.It was my busiest trading weekend ever with 11 envys to mail yesterday!!!

i THINK i've seen those type of sardines at the dollar store before, 2 for $1. maybe it was a different brand, but it was ones i've seen in other stores.

Yes sardines have to be the stinkiest(?) lol But they don't taste as bad as they smell, how come. Not that I will be eating any soon.

So the equation is Sardines + Glade = Fresh air (works for me)

My dear old dad used to LOVE sardines and then he'd take a garlic pill just to improve his health. Stinkola! No one in the house loves sardines these days. Thanks for the memory!

Great deals. No sardines for me-but my DH loves them. I've picked Brunswick sardines up at SDM for .99 when they go on sale. It's great your DD loves them as I hear they are really good for you.

Thanks for sharing your memories.I used to work at a drug store and the sweetest little old lady would come in to buy her garlic pills.God love her she smelled so bad!!!

Yeah it was a long drive home so one fell victim to the monster in the back seat!! Not sure if you can see but we are down one can of sardines as well.I was taking everything out of the bags to take the pick and the DD grabbed one and went running to her Dad for some right away!!
