I just got a product in the mail to test out, this is awesome! two in a row! (from different companies) I'v never gotten anything from I-say before, this is cool :)
Still waiting for my cash out... Feeling super excited!
omg.... i just noticed that it costs more to get paypal now! It used to be 1500 points for $15. now it's 1530 to get $15!

I just just logged in and found extra points! I checked my balance and I got 1800 loyalty points from i-say! that's so awesome! I don't think any other survey site that I'm on does this.. they're so awesome! :) really helps with your progress. That's a lot of extra points!

How often do you get loyalty points? What determines how many points you earn?

"You can earn i-Say loyalty points by completing surveys. The i-Say loyalty program is based on a tiered system. Each time you complete a certain number of surveys, we'll reward you with i-Say bonus points. For example, when you respond to 10 surveys, you'll earn 50 i-Say bonus points, or, when you respond to 50 surveys, you'll earn 200 i-Say bonus points. That's on top of the points you already earned for completing each survey.
The loyalty program runs from January 1 - December 31 each year and doesn't carry over. You must complete the survey for it to count - surveys where you didn't qualify, you abandoned or the study reached its quota, will not count. Visit the loyalty program page for more details"

just checked my account after i completed a survey and found they deducted 1400 points from my account !!! have no clue why :confused:, all it said is i-Say points for adjustment":confused: !!! i have checked my points history a few times to see if they credited any extra points for me by mistake , but didn't see any ~ only except they did credit me with 1100 loyalty points in aug . If this 1100 loyalty points was deposited by mistake, it's absolutely ok for them to take it back , afterall it's not something i ever expected .... but what about the extra 300 points they took away from me ... a penalty for their own mistake ??!!! so make sure you check your account regularly
All of my 599 points have deducted as well. I hope this is just a glitch, since it looks like it happening to others as well.
I e-mailed them to try and find out why my points have disappeared. Still waiting to hear their reason..
