I have 105 points, and clicked Redeem 10USD. But it just refreshed the page. I don't remember if I ever entered my Paypal info, and at the top it says I still have 105 points, but when I press redeem again, it says I don't have enough for redemption. Can someone help? :shrug:
try using a different browser.... internet explorer, firefox, etc. Seems like it works best on internet explorer. I always have problems with their checkout system.
In my experience the site only works properly in Internet Explorer, so if you were using a different browser try that first. Check your history to see if your points total just hasn't been updated but the purchase is registered.
Also... some places on the site say 10USD and others 10CAD. Their redemption site isn't completely updated.
We only use IE. I signed out and back in and it still said I had 105pts, and I tried it again and it did the same thing. What is the next step I shoud see?
Oh geez, I feel silly! It was there, I just didn't scroll down! I got it, its coming by mail lol. Does anyone know approx. how long it takes? It said please allow up to 5 weeks.
I've been waiting more than 4 weeks for mine...
It usually takes me about a month after I cash out to be paid. But it has always come.
I received a 10.00 check from them a week ago...took quite a long time to arrive but it did come!
It took just over 5 weeks for mine to arrive, but it did. And $10 Canadian even though the site says USD
Finally been getting some surveys from them! The last one was pretty interesting and fun to do.
Wow! I have over 400 points. I guess I should cash them in.
I think i have 300 pts, i guess i should cash out.
They state "Canadian Orders will be fulfilled in Canadian Funds" on the points redemption page. This is a bit cheap of them but I think as Canadians we're somewhat used to things like this. :rolleyes:Quote:

i got 25 $ said Us but paid in Canadian funds.
On the downside, "Starting January 14th, you will no longer be able to view your points online."
On the upside, No more Incent One. :-)

Well the update to their site is completed.
I have to say that I do like it. It's easy to use and to redeem your points. Also, the points per dollar ratio goes down at $75 or higher so it's best to hold onto your points rather than redeem for a smaller denomination.
Yes, they did the Swagbucks trick of multiplying the points by 10, but I don't think it will affect things too much considering that I've only made around $50 from them.
just cashed out again! this seems like one of the more underrated survey co's but I would definitely recommend them. even under the new points revision that superaslan explained. the changes they've made to their site and surveys are pretty pleasing.
Anyone else enjoy the Poll Predictor game? Don't know why but I like ending a survey with this game. Once I hit it exactly and won a whollata chances (didn't win anything tho). Of course I've also been way off too lol.

I've hit it right on the button and received a lot of entries and also been so far from right... thankfully no one was sitting at the cpu with me at the time :lol: lately I've been letting my chances accumulate so I can better my odds by entering them all into one drawing. they add up fast!Quote:
