same here, kris. I redeemed for two of them, one a week or so before the other and have only received one. the other was in my account showing as "processing" and now it says "Fulfilled 19/10/2188" (:icon_scratch:) so I'll definitely be giving them a shout -- 1-888-618-2056 incase you need it! hope you see yours soon.

... It usually takes them 2 months to send me my American express GC's, but its weird how your fulfilled status says 2188 and not 2010? strange... hope you get it fixed:)

I cashed out for $20 and a couple months later I finally got a cheque for $10. I wrote them and they acknowledged the error, saying the other $10 is on its way, so we'll see.
