Usernames

I'm wondering (as i always do :biggrin: ) What is behind everyones username ? How did you come up with it and why ? why a certain number ?? For me
Tasha313 - my name is natacha and everyone called me nat so 7ish years ago i created an email and decided to put Tasha, with an 's' because Tacha would look like 'tatcha' and thats ugly.. 3 for my bday (dec 3rd) and 13 because when i was 12-15 i used to think i was badluck LOL !!!

some usernames im wondering about : bloo , seapotato (:shrug: my alltime fave !! lol ), itsjustmebub, litesandsirens, crankin15, turkish delight...

mine is just my nickname only my parents call me (still now) :)

lol I think mine is pretty self-explanatory

Mine is really easy. Andi T, since andi was used. Of course, I have to laugh when someone calls me and-it (met up with some SCers). :)

Mine is a nickname my son used to call himself...possibly because we called him a little bugger one too many times lol :shrug:

I was kind of in a rush i think,because i wanted to check the site out,lol!I wish i had been a bit more creative,too bad i cant change it,oh well.:-)

Mine was a nick name given to me by my colleague SuzieQ.

Mine is the nickname for my name, Natalie, in Ukrainian - proper form in Cyrillic is Наталя - pronounced Natalya; the more casual way is Наталка - Natalka.

My husband had a website called Cyberstorm 2000 eons ago for helping with applications and such (web tools) and when I went by Cyberstorm some people got the wrong idea so I changed it to Stormie :)

I put Miss in front of my name, I'm not very creative.

mines not exciting. my mom ALWAYS used to call me dad cheapskate and when i found this site, that just popped into my head. i have no idea where the 101 came from lol

I belong to a Toronto electronic music forum, and when I first signed up for it in 2005, I put my user name as k@tie (Katie was already taken). Anyway, someone off the forum started calling me meat katie after the name of a famous breaks music DJ. Other people began calling me that as well, so I changed k@tie to me@t k@tie.

Hehe funny story is that once I met the real Meat Katie when he came to Toronto from the UK to spin a DJ set. When I began to introduce myself, he said, "Oh, I know exactly who you are!" It was kinda freaky, lol.

Aaaanyway, to make a long story short, I copied my name from another forum that I belong to. :P

I copied my name from my other message board, people I've met off that call me Kate now though, instead of Katie (which is what I usually go by), le because at the time I got my other usernam (2005ish), my friend was going through a stage putting "le" in front ooooff evvvverything, so that's where that came from.

Mine is my initials and the year I was born.I think I must of been half asleep when I joined,I thought I was creating a pass word and not a user name other wise I would of thought of something more catchy like coupon caper!!

Little cause i'm fairly short, just under 5'1, and Moe cause that's a short form of my name, and the 0 for oh boy, here's trouble.

Erin's my first name, and I collect ladybugs.

Kate's my name. I'm so creative... lol

My husband used to be a fireman (hense the Lites(lights was taken) and sirens 911)and his username ...so I just copied it for here!

About 12 years ago I made my user name out of the first four letters of my partners last name and the last four letters of my last name. Sadly, he died suddenly and unexpectedly nine years ago, the day after we formally celebrated our 20th anniversary. I'll keep it forever.

mine is easy, I married a M.Reynolds

lol. back when i volunteered at the aquarium, another volunteer and i were making sea animal felt cut outs for the felt stick on board and i decided to make a wolf eel since there was a piece of felt that was about the same pattern as a wolf eel. i was just cutting freely without any drawn design...so it ended up too big and i had to taper it down (it was just a small scrap of felt LOL). so it looked nothing like a wolf eel after the head part, so we started asking other volunteers and staff that came in what they thought it was. One of the staff guessed a potato! hence seapotato! LOL. someone got it after though haha. actually a seapotato is a really ugly lookin' urchin i think! i had a lot of fun with the seapotato thing after, i would draw little comics with it on the volunteer board hehe. good memories!

my user name is named after BLOO from the tv show called Fosters home for imaginery pets
My friends think Im Like Bloo Personality wise and hes my fav. character too ;)

Years ago when I was creating my hotmail account I couldn't think of what to use so I just put my initials and I tried putting my favourite number but it was taking. So Much Music was on and a Blink 182 video was playing so I used that. Now I just use it because I can easily remember and now have to think of a million different names I joined things with.
