Are there any prize for best post categories

I'm not sure if there are any prizes of these sort. It would be nice to have a monthly or yearly thing going on for people to vote who the best poster is (example: best freebie poster, best hot deal poster, etc).

It will encourage SCers to post more deals or freebies if there are annual small gift card prizes and will also provide Smartcanucks with more hits on the forum.

Win win situation for both.

If this is already in place, then I apologize because I tried to search before i posted this but was unable to find anything.

I believe that there's is a Monthly "Top Deal Braggers" Contest.

it's kind of strange though that the August Winners list is totally different than the Top Ten list

in fact , i think that none of the Top 10 were on the Winner list...

even though i've read all the process, i still don't understand....

if you only knew how much i don't care about contests.....i'm not in competion with or against anyone here.....

SmartCanucks gives out prizes every month for the Top Deal posters and the top deal braggers. To get a prize, all you have to do is contribute to the forum and post your shopping brags and some good deals and if people like them they will give you a thumbs up! Prizes are given out via paypal or gift cards. Here is a list or the prize amounts

1st place-$15.00
2nd place-$10.00
3rd place-$10.00
4th place-$10.00
5th place-$10.00
6th place-$5.00
7th place-$5.00
8th place-$5.00
9th place-$5.00
10th place-$5.00
